Scented polymer holds fragrance inside the material itself. Molded into 3D logos, mascots, cars and icons, it releases scent from its surface with no liquid and nothing to spill. What counts as a solid carrier
Fragrance held inside the material
Solid carriers stay dry to the touch and keep their shape while the scent works. Three materials cover most designs.

Gel is a soft, translucent matrix that shrinks. Fiber cans use an absorbent substrate soaked with oil. Ceramic absorbs oil added on top. Each has its own specification, look and handling, so each has its own page.

A molded figure is a single-use product that customers replace when the scent fades. A solid insert is a refill for a holder that stays in the car, which is the route to repeat sales.

Molded hang loop or hole with an elastic or cord.

A solid piece fixed to a clip, or a solid insert inside a vent housing.

Flat-based figure for dashboard or console, with a non-slip pad.
- Holder insert
A solid stick or disc replacing a pad in a refillable holder.

Design details we work out with you
Crisp, dry and true to color
- Size and thickness. Larger, thicker pieces hold more fragrance; we balance them against unit cost and the weight a vent clip can carry.
- Fine details. Thin parts are thickened or supported so the shape stays crisp in a warm car.
- Color with fragrance. We test the final scent in the chosen color, so the shade you approve is the shade you receive.
- Surface feel. Fragrance load is tuned for a pleasant, dry-to-the-touch finish.
- Heat. Designs for the dashboard are checked in warm conditions before approval.
For each solid product we document the carrier material, the fragrance reference and what your pack needs, such as usage directions and warnings, so your pack copy is accurate.
Molded detail, color, surface feel, scent strength out of the pack and after some days in the car, and how the piece hangs or clips. Your approved sample becomes the production reference.
