Car air freshener packaging

Packaging for Protection, Branding and Retail

Car air freshener packaging does three jobs at once. It keeps the scent in until the customer opens it, it sells the product on a crowded shelf, and it gets the product through shipping intact. We design packaging layer by layer, starting from what the product needs and building up to the shelf and the carton.

  • Barrier pouches and sealed closures
  • Retail packs and displays
  • Dielines with every panel marked
  • Export cartons and carton marks

Primary packs by format

The first layer follows the format

Paper needs a barrier, liquids need a tight seal, devices need to sit still. We start from what each product needs.

Scented paper and felt

Individually sealed pouches in clear, printed or barrier film. Barrier and foil-laminated films hold fragrance in during long storage and transport.

Liquids

Hanging diffusers, perfumes, sprays and membranes get tight closures, inner plugs, seal films, overcaps and inserts that hold bottles upright.

Hanging diffusers

Cans

Gel and fiber cans are sealed with film under the lid, plus a shrink band or tamper seal.

Gel air fresheners

Vent clips and devices

Blister or clamshell holding the product and refills in place; molded inserts for electronics.

Print and label areas

Plan the text before the artwork

Brand, product name, scent, instructions, warnings, net content, responsible company, barcode, recycling marks where applicable. We provide dielines with every panel area marked, so even small packs carry all the information neatly.

  • Full-color printing and spot colors
  • Foil stamping and embossing
  • Matte or gloss varnish, window cut-outs
  • Multi-language panels, stickers and inserts per market

Display, barcodes and cartons

Ready for the store and the warehouse

Tell us your retailers and marketplaces and we build their requirements into the design from the start.

  • Retail display

Counter trays hold mixed scents; shelf-ready cartons open into displays; peg-hook packs line up by scent color.

  • Barcodes and channel requirements

Retail packs carry your barcodes, printed from the GTINs registered to your brand, plus retailer and marketplace pack labels, inner pack labeling and carton marks.

  • Cartons and mixed cartons

Each model has inner and carton quantities with carton dimensions and gross weight. Mixed-scent cartons are available for many formats, with your item codes, scents and quantities on the carton marks.

Samples, materials and dielines

From dieline to approved pack

  1. Dieline

Once you choose a pack, we send the dieline for that pack and size, ready for your designer.

    Every panel area marked
  2. Pack sample

A printed pack sample, or a pre-production sample with the product inside.

    Check fit, print and protection
  3. Approval

Your approval fixes the materials, print, colors and fit. Later changes become a new pack version.

Lower-impact material options

Paper-based boxes and inserts, mono-material pouches, kraft packs and reduced-plastic designs are available for many formats. We supply the material facts for each pack, so recycling marks and material statements are accurate for your market.

Materials and responsibility

Tested for transport

Packs for glass, liquids and multi-item sets are checked for fit and protection before approval, so products arrive intact.

Can we use our own packaging supplier?

Yes. We share the product dimensions and protection specifications, so your supplier's packs fit and protect the product perfectly.

How do you protect glass bottles?

Tight closures, inner plugs, molded or folded inserts, and divided cartons.

Can packaging be printed in several languages?

Yes. Multi-language panels, stickers and inserts can be planned on the dieline for each market.
