Existing products and scent kits are the quickest samples; custom samples include the setup, printing or tooling for your design. Where sample costs are credited against a confirmed order, we state it on the sample confirmation.

Approval and retained samples
When a sample is right, you confirm approval in writing. We keep a matching retained sample and the specification on file. That approved sample is the reference for production, and for every reorder.
Samples and bulk production
For new designs, early samples are often hand-finished. We tell you exactly how each sample was made, and for important launches we supply a pre-production sample from the production line, so what you approve is what you receive.
How quickly can samples be sent?
Existing products and scent kits are the fastest. Custom samples follow the proof and setup stage, and we give you the sample date when we confirm the request.
Can I get several scents in one kit?
Yes. Scent kits let you compare a shortlist side by side, on the format you plan to sell.
Can my client receive the samples directly?
Yes. We ship to you or to your client, with neutral packing if you prefer.
Are sample costs credited against an order?
Where this applies, it is stated on the sample confirmation.
