Two steps to a matching repeat order
Repeat orders of approved products usually move faster than first orders, because there is no development or first sample stage.
Identify what you ordered
Have one of these ready:
- Your previous order or invoice number
- The model numbers and scent references from the quotation or specification
- The pack version or artwork version
Only have the product? Send a photo of the product and its pack; model numbers are printed on the pack or carton.
Confirm scents, packs and quantities
List each line by model, scent reference, pack version and quantity. We check it against your approved specification and confirm any line that differs from your last order.

Changes and re-approval
What each change needs
Only a real change triggers a new proof or sample. Everything else is produced straight to the approved specification.

Refills, updates and timing
Refill continuity
For refillable products, the refill and the product body are a system. We keep refill specifications matched to their bodies and plan refill production alongside your forecast.

Timing is confirmed on each order and counts from order confirmation, plus any new approvals, to production completion; shipping time is separate. Share your forecast and we plan production slots and materials around your reorder cycle.
Report a problem with a delivery
Something not right? Tell us and we fix it
Damage, a wrong item or a quality concern: we investigate against the approved sample and production records and agree a solution with you.

Do I need new samples for a repeat order?
No. Repeat orders of approved products are produced to the approved specification. New samples are made only when something changes.
Can I add a new scent to my next order?
Yes. The new scent is sampled on your product and added to the specification once you approve it.
Can you hold stock for regular orders?
Share your forecast and we plan production slots and materials around your reorder cycle.
