The scent seems weak
Check the product is activated, with the seal or film removed, then open the vent or lid further or choose a higher mode. Heat and airflow change strength, and some scents are lighter by design.
The scent is too strong
Close the vent or lid partly, choose a lower mode, or move the product away from direct airflow.
My vent clip won't stay on
Try a different slat or orientation and push the clip fully onto the blade. For slim or round vents, a visor clip is a good alternative.

Blot it straight away with a dry cloth, then wipe with a damp cloth.
My electric diffuser doesn't start
Check power or charge, that the cartridge is seated correctly, and the mode settings. Still not working? Send us the model number and we help you right away.
