Model number, and the version if the product has been updated.
e.g. a vent clip model and its pack version - Which fragrance?
Scent name and fragrance reference code.
Each formula has its own SDS and IFRA statement - Which market?
Destination country or region, and the sales channel.

What each document covers
Every document has an issuer and a scope. Knowing both makes it easy to see which ones your market and channel need.

SDS
Applies to the formula it names, at its revision date.
IFRA documentation
Applies to the product categories and maximum concentration stated. It confirms the fragrance, not the whole product.
Test reports
Apply to the sample tested and the methods listed.
Marks such as CE
Placed by the responsible party once the product meets the regulations for its type, supported by the matching test reports.
